One generation will commend your works to another; they will tell of your mighty acts. They will speak of the glorious splendor of your majesty, and I will meditate on your wonderful works. Today was my first day at school in my new 3rd grade classroom! I am thrilled to have this new job at Horizon Christian Academy and thank the Lord for his awesome provision! God is so good, and He never fails. I had no idea at the time of my last post that I would have a job for this school year. It still amazes me how the Lord can change your circumstances so quickly by the power of His word. To God be the glory!!!

As newly retired, I have found my life in in constant change from the routine of the past. I was sure I needed to retire, and now I have to trust god for my next journey. North Georgia has been my rock for many years and will always be my church home.God Bless to all of you who pray daily for the flock.

This past year it seems like God has closed many doors to plans I was making and after every door shut it was clear to me why. Either my plan would have taken me backwards in personal growth or I would have missed out on opportunities I have now to grow and fellowship. I have seen His guidance and provision and I thank Him.

GOD is so good. As David and Look back over the past two years I am able to see Gods hand in our life. He has shut many doors and in that heartache, human disappointment and confusion we have always put our trust in God. It is a very scary path to sit and wait on God, but he guided us to this point and he will continue to be a blessing to us in whatever path he leads us on. I am excited to see his outcome and his way as we go through each day. I feel currently he is sending us through some tough times to move us and our business to a debt free life. And in that there has been many sleepless nights and worries, but in the end I know he will be glorified in our life because of the trust we have in him. Come and listen, all you who fear God; let me tell you what he has done for me. Psalm 66:16. I just want to give the Lord praise for His provision for me over the past year! After leaving my teaching job a little over a year ago, I was unable to find another position. Though I still do not have a full time job, the Lord continues to provide me with several part-time jobs. I have never missed a bill and all of my financial needs have been met. Though it is often hard to wait patiently, I know that the Lord will continue to provide and He will never forsake me. His ways are higher than mine and His plans for me are good, Ephesians 2:10. I am thankful for this time to learn to trust Him more.
